• Before any departure, a boat condition report sheet detailing the condition of the equipment on board, the number of engine hours and the fuel level will be completed and signed jointly by the lessor and the renter.

The Tenant declares to have read and accepted this document in its entirety. The signature of this document by both Parties constitutes an act of contract. In this case, this same document constitutes an invoice on the date of completion of the service.
